From 1 September 2024, Dettling & Marmot will take over the exclusive distribution of the renowned Italian wineries Vignamaggio and Passo Sardo. This partnership underlines our commitment to offering an exquisite selection of top wines.
Vignamaggio – A historical jewel in the heart of Tuscany
The Vignamaggio winery, picturesquely situated between Florence and Siena, is one of the ten historic wineries in the Chianti region. With a history dating back to the 14th century, Vignamaggio is one of the oldest and most important wine producers in the region. Today, the estate is a modern organic business that focusses on sustainability and quality. The ultra-modern winery makes it possible to produce wines that reflect the unique terroir of the estate in every bottle. From the classic Chianti Classico to a single-varietal Merlot and a first-class Cabernet Franc – the Vignamaggio portfolio fulfils the highest demands and brings the essence of Tuscany to the glass.
Passo Sardo – Authentischer Weingenuss aus Sardinien
In addition to Vignamaggio, we are expanding our range with the characterful wines from Passo Sardo. Sardinia, the second largest island in the Mediterranean, is known for its rich winemaking tradition, which dates back to ancient times. The island’s diverse landscape with its different altitudes and unique microclimate offers ideal conditions for growing a wide range of grape varieties. The wines of Passo Sardo reflect the originality and uniqueness of this region and are a real highlight for lovers of Mediterranean wines.
